Where do I start... - departed greatness (1, 2 stars max) - unprofessional staff - most of the time the reception was unmanned - the restaurant next door was totally empty and seems to be used for Indian parties only - in the middle of nowhere - lack of maintenance in- and around the premises and don't get fooled with "free continental breakfast", it is not free when you made reservations via Booked.net, you need to pay $5. having "breakfast" in the small city is highly recommended. Tip: Book something at Raritan Center, close-by the train station Metropark, much cleaner and better options.
There were no wash cloths and not enough towels.
I like they keep more quite and more clean, and special more secure...
I like that they had big parking lot ... That's all
The whole hotel stunk. I would rather pay double as much and stay at a different place.
I did liked all about this hotel
Nothing, all is just great
Was durty, smell bad, uncomfortable bed and pillows. No towells bad soap,ect.... worse experience
The Indian restaurant in the adjacent building was great for dinner. Felt a little bit like being really in India.
Convenient location and affordable price. Would stay again only because of convenience..
Hot tub motor was broken before we got here then a week after the drain in the hottub broke and wouldnt drain then the vent in the bathroom broke and the towels had holes and stains maids ignored the do not disturb sign several times they dont enforce sound control just one thing after the next it was rediculous.
The room was clean.
The staff at the front desk, no ABC and NBC network on cable TV. Too many non English speaking channels. Only one chair in room. Desk clerk wold not send up anothere chair. Poor continental breakfast.
The place looks like it is about to be abandoned... I liked checking out.
They have signs everwhere mow stressing how management is not responsible for anything that happens to the guests or they're property, while the place looks like a war zone.
No Microwave and Refreez
The price. You get what you pay for.
We were sent to a room that was never cleaned. Had to walk all the way back to the desk to be given a clean room on the opposite end of the hotel. We went out after we checked in and we returned to a heater that didn't work. The came to the room fairly quick to say we need to change rooms. Unfortunately there were no rooms available so they gave us an old portable space heater which was ineffective at heating the whole room. The room was also filthy, was never vacuumed and the bed had debris under the blanket. It was a non smoking room with the stench of smoke with scattered burn marks on the blanket and night stand
The continential breakfast was no existent.
Breakfast was awful room was old and seemed dirty but the bed was comfortable
It's old facility needs some updates
this was the cheapest on the dates i was looking
The palace is in a secluded location, seems very lonely. It backs to a power plant or something. It looks old with some repairs. In the first room the heater was barely working . When I informed the manager at front desk, he did change the room for me. If you want to save money, this is a good choice, otherwise you can find a better place by paying little extra. The breakfast was minimum with juice, bread and cereals. I wanted to get a print out, but there was no printer attached to the computer on main area, so I had to request the maindesk. He was very stingy in printing another one. He actually xeroxed the second for me.
